Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) Compliance

In connection with Hilco Receivables, LLC's commercial activities (as defined in PIPEDA), Hilco Receivables, LLC strives to always protect and secure personal information that recognizes the right of privacy of individuals with respect to their personal information.
