Buddy Beaman serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Hilco Receivables, LLC.  In this role Buddy has the responsibility for managing the day to day operations and research analytics of the company which handles principle investments totaling over $500 million, $10 Billion in assets acquired and over $400 million of purchased and fee based commercial receivables.  

Few others have as well rounded a background as Buddy, who brings to Hilco Receivables, LLC extensive hands on experience managing both people and systems, including oversight of call center operations, research analytics, and client services.   During his tenure in the A/R industry Buddy has managed a variety of data and financial systems and brings strong technical skills that, coupled with his understanding of the receivables business allow him to deliver unsurpassed customer service and results.

Prior joining Hilco Receivables, LLC as Chief Operation Officer in 2013, Buddy served as President at Steamboat Partners.  Buddy built an outstanding reputation and took on progressively more responsible roles at PCAA, a specialty asset purchase company, ultimately serving as their COO as well. From 2006 to 2011 Buddy was a Vice President at Bear Stearns (eCast) where he managed operations, systems and analytics.   Buddy also worked at First USA / Bank One through their 7 mergers and acquisitions from 1999 to 2003 as an AVP running their collections and recovery system as well as analytics. He spent a few years with London Bridge, a collections and recovery software company, as a Project Manager / Consultant where he spent time creating strategies and reporting within different Recovery teams from the industry.   He began his post college years as a Manager with GTE Mobilnet from 1991 to 1997.
