When you elect the UPSIDE SHARING^TM feature, we purchase your portfolio and you receive an initial upfront payment. As collections progress, Hilco retains all recoveries equal to your initial payment plus a mutually agreed upon amount to cover overhead expenses.

All additional recoveries are divided according to a predetermined, mutually agreeable formula as part of the UPSIDE SHARING^TM feature.
